What I do
I work with founders and leadership teams at growth-stage businesses who need senior finance and strategy capability without the full-time overhead. My clients are typically post-traction, with investors already coming to or at the table.
That means building the financial frameworks that support faster, better capital decisions; aligning operations with where the business is actually going; and being a thinking partner when the stakes are high and the answers aren't obvious.
About me
I spent nearly two decades as a finance and strategy executive at Google, most recently as VP of Finance overseeing capital allocation across the Alphabet portfolio. Before that, I served as a senior executive and as a strategy consultant across retail, pharma, financial services, and oil & gas, working through acquisitions, distressed situations, financial strategy, and operational improvement.
That range is deliberate. I know what institutional-grade financial discipline looks like, and I know how to build the right version of it for a business that's still finding its footing and moving fast.
Where I focus
I work on both retainer and project bases. For the right engagements, I'm open to equity-based arrangements.
